• Refunds are processed within 6-7 days after the returned product is received and inspected.

• How to Record: Start recording before opening the parcel. The sealed package and shipping label/AWB number should be clearly visible in the video.
• Continuous Video: The complete opening process must be recorded without cuts, edits, pauses or breaks.
• Product Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
• Damaged / Wrong / Missing Product: Customers should immediately contact us and provide the complete unboxing video as proof.
• Proof Requirement: If a valid unboxing video is not available, claims for damaged, missing, defective or wrong products may not be eligible for return or refund.
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 6-7 days after the returned product is received and inspected.
• Exchanges: Size or color exchanges are available for eligible products. Applicable exchange shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
• Non-Returnable Products: Sale items and products that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered or used are not eligible for return.
