- Damaged / Wrong / Missing Product: Customers should immediately contact us and provide the complete unboxing video as proof.
- Proof Requirement: If a valid unboxing video is not available, claims for damaged, missing, defective or wrong products may not be eligible for return or refund.
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 6-7 days after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Exchanges: Size or color exchanges are available for eligible products. Applicable exchange shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
